Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and locally based Yacht Listing Agent to expand our inventory of quality sailing yachts and catamarans in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. This role is focused on sourcing listings, managing seller relationships, and acting as the local point of contact for vessels under contract.
This is not an office role. It is a field-based position suited to someone with strong local connections in the marine community and a good understanding of yacht ownership in the Caribbean.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach yacht owners who may be considering selling their vessel
Secure signed listing agreements in line with company pricing and commission guidelines
Conduct initial vessel inspections and assist with condition reporting
Coordinate photography, video, and inventory details as required
Act as the local liaison for buyer inspections, surveys, and haul outs
Maintain clear communication with sellers throughout the sales process
Keep listing information accurate and up to date
Work collaboratively with the central brokerage team on offers, negotiations, and closing
Ideal Candidate Profile
Based in St. Vincent with an established local network
Experience in yachting, charter operations, marina services, or yacht sales
Confident dealing directly with yacht owners
Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Practical knowledge of sailing yachts and catamarans
Comfortable being the on-site representative during inspections and surveys
Formal brokerage licensing is not required if operating under the company brokerage structure, but prior brokerage or marine industry experience is strongly preferred.

Commission-Based
